Configuration options

Feel free to experiment with the options below to change how the Arda Online site appears in your browser window. You may find the site index useful as it shows every page on the site in one drop-down list.

Navigation options

• Side menu only (default)
• Drop-down site index only
• Side menu & site index
• Neither menu nor index (use menu at bottom of each page)

Saving your preferances

To prevent you having to reset your preference next time you visit, why not save them now?

1. Customise the site from the options above
2. Select the page of your choice (perhaps the home page or new items log) from the menu or site index, as appropriate
3. Bookmark the site
• In IE5 select Favourites > Add
• In Netscape 4.61 select Bookmarks > Add Bookmark
4. Test it out by selecting your saved Bookmark / Favourite

This may not work fully (or at all!) in all browsers - Netscape 4.61 will keep your navigation options but will bring you back to this Configuration options page, not the one you selected.

Note also that if you add the Bookmark / Favourite by right-clicking you will only save that page, not the frameset containing the menu / site index.
